Edinburgh and Midlothian Regional Manager – four days per week

The role is home office based with the majority of time spent with stakeholders in the area; £30,000 - £34,000 pro-rata; 25 days holiday pro-rata plus public holidays; pension contribution

As a Regional Manager you will be required to support our sustainable partnership approach with our business and educational stakeholders by developing and maintaining relationships and manging programme activities.

You will be an enthusiastic and proactive professional able to gain credibility with senior managers and have a strong track record of business development, relationship and project management. You will be skilled at aligning multiple stakeholder needs and have a talent for communicating inspirationally and effectively to a wide range of audiences – from young people to Head Teachers to CEOs. Regionally based and working from home, you must be able to work autonomously, be highly self-motivated, organised and have excellent written, verbal, IT and interpersonal skills.
